This new Zoopla Advert says that “We know what a home is really worth” as we are told that “Alex was thrilled to find 15 Rosemary Terrace on the Zoopla App”. We then see Alex renovating the house doing “exactly what she want’s to do to the place”.

The vocal music in the 2020 Zoopla advert is an excerpt from Mozart’s famous Requiem Mass in D Minor “Lacrimosa”. Lacrimosa is the final title of the third section of Requiem. Composed in 1791, the piece was unfinished at Mozart’s death on 05 December that year.
Those who have an ear for classical music will have recognised that this music was used in the Domino’s “Official Food Of Nights In With The Fam” advert and also an ITV Drama Season Trailer in 2018.r
