LEGO have released this new advert for 2022 featuring inviting us to build a playful holiday. The ad shows a group of children building their own imaginary worlds with Lego.
The ad shows the group of children go outside to see Katy Perry singing on top a giant makeshift Lego toy. They drive the toy and get stuck in a sandpit. Then we see Disney characters and even Iron Man giving a helping hand to build a playful holiday.
The children arrive in a street where they all get off the toy with presents in hand to give to friends and family.

The music in the 2022 LEGO advert is a song called ‘Firework’ recorded by American singer-songwriter Key Perry. The track is taken from Perry’s third studio album ‘Teenage Dream’ released in 2010.
‘Firework’ reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 and the top five on 20 charts around the world. It has sold over 1 million copies in the UK and certified 12× platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) for shipments of over 12 million copies in the United States.
