This new ITV trailer for Series 2 of The Bay shows us the return to Morecambe Bay in 2021. The crime drama series sees Morven Christie as DS Lisa Armstrong and Daniel Ryan as DI Tony Manning. After dealing with the repercussions of her actions from last year, DC Lisa Armstrong is given the opportunity to step up when asked to assist a murder investigation. The Bay is scheduled to premiere on Wednesday 20th January at 9:00pm on ITV and ITV Hub.

The music in ITV’s THE Bay Series 2 trailer is a song called ‘Love & Hate’ recorded in 2016 by London-based singer-songwriter Michael Kiwanuka.
This is not the first time that Kiwanuka’s music has featured in TV commercials. His music featured in the last year’s O2 ‘You’re a headline act’ commercial and the Mercedes GLE commercial in 2019.
