Volkswagen introduce the all-new VW Taigo with this advert titled “for those who go their own way”. The Volkswagen Taigo is the German car manufacturer’s first SUV coupé.
This 30-second advert featuring rap music by Yugen Blakrok showcases the coupé’s smart look, Digital Cockpit and IQ.Lights.Volkswagen say the Taigo is designed for those who go their own way.

The rap music in the new Volkswagen Taigo advert is a song called “Pedestal” recorded by South African Hip-Hop artist Yugen Blakrok earlier this year.
Born in the Eastern Cape and based in Johannesburg, Yugen has been active as a performer since the mid-2000s. She gained early regional attention with several appearances on a compilation mixtape released through the radio station of Grahamstown’s Rhodes University College.
Several years later she recorded her debut album ‘Return of the Astro-Goth’ in 2013.
