Airwick have released a new advert titled “The Power of Scent” promoting their Essential Mist fragrance. In the advert we hear some classical music by Tchaikovsky while we are told that ‘essential oils are proven to enhance our mood’. We are invited to ‘take a look and see how calm feels’ while a series of blooming flowers are shown on screen.

The music in the 2020 Airwick Essential Mist advert is the 1892 classical piece called “Waltz of the Flowers” taken from the second act of the Nutcracker ballet. The ballet and orchestral music was created by Russian composer Tchaikovsky.
