Chanel have launched a short film by British director Steve McQueen for their new fragrance Bleu De Chanel starring French model Gaspard Ulliel. As the French model stands up from a photo shoot, he looks out at the city lights and catches the eye of a woman standing in the building opposite.

The song in the advert is the 1972 hit Starman by the late English singer-songwriter and actor David Bowie. The song was a late addition to the album The Rise and Fall of Ziggy Stardust and the Spiders from Mars.
