Debenhams have released a number of short Christmas 2018 adverts called “do a bit of you-know-you-did-good”. The ads focus on the thoughtfulness put in to buying presents for others. Watch the video of the advert here.

The music in the advert is the 1981 hit Star by English singer Kiki Dee (real name Pauline Matthews). The song later became the theme music to the BBC1 programme Opportunity Knocks which ran from 1987 – 1990
