This enlightening animated advert by Sunbites (the healthier low fat brand of Walkers crisps) says that “a little good can grow”. The ad was created with the environment in mind as the brand decided to use the same natural source of energy we use to grow their wholegrains: the Sun to produce the ad. Real sunlight was captured within the animation and solar panels were installed on request by the production agency for true ‘sustainable film making’

The music in the advert was written by Alyssa Bonagura’s and is called I Like My Own Sunshine. The song was eventually recorded by American singer-songwriter Steven Tyler best known as the lead singer of rock band Aerosmith and former judge on American idol. The track is taken from Tyler’s solo album We’re All Somebody From Somewhere. Bonagura’s boyfriend Graham Whitford — son of Aerosmith guitarist Brad Whitford got the ball rolling for Tyler to eventually record the song.
