Lloyds bank have launched their 2016 TV commercial, “For Your Next Step”. After their very successful 250th anniversary ad which gained plenty of interest last year, they have pulled out all the stops again. The ad features their black horse running in slow motion through various scenes of important moments in life. The track in the ad is as every bit as stirring as the scenes with a piano cover version of Mad World by tears for fears performed by Jennifer Ann. The tears for fears original was a 1982 hit which was then re-released in 2001 for the film Donnie Darko. It reached number one in the UK charts and boasted continued success in 2003 with a Christmas number one.
